Create the environment at home for your child to succeed.

We help put your teen on the path to succeed at school, at home, and in life — and that picture is incomplete without you.

We will work with you to develop a personalized plan that addresses your family's unique needs. Our process is collaborative, strengths-based, and solution-focused.

Should you work with an ADDvocacy coach?

Sometimes youth who are neurodiverse struggle in school and life because the schools don’t have enough resources to support students living with ADHD, learning disabilities, high functioning autism, anxiety and co-occurring mental health challenges.

Students often report trouble staying organized, managing time, maintaining focus, understanding emotions, and communicating with teachers, parents and peers.

Our coaches help parents support their teens to tackle these issues head on by working with you to build positive habits, learn time management skills, and develop effective learning strategies – equipping you to help them reach their full potential!

What will you and your Coach work on?

We help teens bridge the transition from school to other life paths. ADDvocacy programs ease parents’ stress, but more importantly, we empower teens to be successful in the next stage of their lives. We’ll work one-on-one with your child to make the transition as smooth – and rewarding – as possible.

How it Works

Build the right environment.

Often, parents lack the knowledge, resources and time to effectively manage their child’s neurodiversity and ensure academic success. That’s where we come in.

Youth want independence. But, as a parent, you know your teen’s executive function skills can sometimes get in the way of doing things the way they want. This leads to tension, frustration and power struggles at home and at school.

Access to qualified expertise and resources.

Our team of professional Executive Function Coaches will work with your teen one-on-one to boost their self confidence and self esteem through proven strategies for organization, time management, dealing with complex emotions, and study habits. We’ll help your teen understand their unique learning style and grow as a communicator in and outside of the home.

We're in it with you together.

Through weekly contact (either in person or via phone or Zoom) and regular check-ins, we work with them to establish habits and life skills that will empower your teen to succeed at school, life and in their chosen career path.

Drawing on our understanding and recognition of neurodiversity, we use our toolkit of strategies, models and systems to turn your teen’s unique way of learning into a winning advantage!
